Communications Request Form

We’re excited to help you spread the word about your ministry, event, program, or announcement. Please use this form to share the details so our Communications Committee can make sure your message is communicated as effectively as possible.

To give us enough time to plan and promote, we ask that requests be submitted at least 6 weeks before your desired publication or event date.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND DATES

• For the Sunday bulletin, event information is needed by the end of the preceding Monday. The Sunday bulletin generally includes events happening in the next week.

• For the Thursday e-newsletter, event information is needed by the end of the preceding Monday. The Thursday e-newsletter generally contains events happening in the next two weeks.

• For the monthly Burning Bush e-newsletter, the information is needed by the third Wednesday of the preceding month. The Burning Bush generally includes events happening in the next month.

Event information submitted outside of these timelines will be handled as soon as possible and to the best of our ability.
